Service #1: Transfection of your cells with my plasmid(s): Please fill out the requested information. I will contact you after calculating the down payment and present a proposal for your review. If you wish to proceed, you will send me your cells along with a down payment which covers the cost of media, serum, antibiotics and supplements. I will then transfect your cells with the plasmid or plasmids of your choice. If the project is not successful, you have no additional charges. However, the down payment is not refundable. If the transfection is successful, your additional fee will be $2500.00/plasmid + shipping and handling. Keep in mind that the cost of Fetal Bovine Serum is five to six times the cost of Calf Serum. Your non-refundable down payment will be much lower if your cells can grow in Calf Serum. Cells which are successfully transfected will grow in selection media, and they will fluoresce.

Service#2: Custom project. You provide the cells and a non-refundable down payment which pays for the media, serum, antibiotics, and supplements. In addition, you will either provide the vector(s) or incur the costs of their production. Final pricing will depend on the complexity of the project. I can assist you in the design of a vector with your gene of interest if you wish.
